GED/ADULT DIPLOMA
GED is a program that prepares students to pass the examination for a national high school equivalency diploma that includes a set of five tests (Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, and Science).
Adult Diploma is a newer option similar to GED and a high school diploma. It is ideal for students who have come close to getting a high school diploma or close to passing their GED. Come in, email us, or give us a call for more information.
You choose the class, time and place you wish to attend. We offer GED classes at a variety of times and places to help accommodate the most students possible. Show up at the beginning of the class you chose. You will be given a registration form to complete and an assessment test on your first day. Help with transportation can be arranged!
A lot of the information you will be working with is on-line. You may decide to work at home or where ever you have computer access or continue to come to the ABE office and use our computers during class times available. You will be working at your own pace and where you are comfortable, but you will always have the option of coming here to work with the instructor.
